Please note the following eligibility criteria before attending the walk-in interview:

- Candidates without experience in Controls & Compliance - FNA, Business Controls will not be considered.
- This opportunity is exclusively for Commerce graduates

BCom/BBA/MBA/MCom: 4+yrs experience CA/CMA/ACCA: freshers with knowledge on control & compliance

- Only candidates whose skills and experience align with the stated requirements should participate in the walk-in process [4+ years relevant to control and compliance]
- Profiles that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are not relevant to the role will not be considered.
- Job Location will be Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai.

1.ITGC

- Lead end-to-end SOX IT controls testing (ITGCs and IT-dependent controls), including planning, execution, review of tester workpapers, issue evaluation, and reporting.
- Maintain SOX documentation (process narratives, flowcharts, risk & control matrices) and keep it current for system implementations and process/control changes.
- Execute interim, update, and year-end testing, and review testing performed by others, ensuring sufficient evidence, clear conclusions, and high-quality workpapers.
- Own testing methodology, governance, and reporting (standards, templates, status, metrics) and coordinate with external auditors to support a timely SOX ICFR audit opinion.
- Evaluate control deficiencies, track remediation plans, and validate closure through evidence review and retesting.
- Identify opportunities to rationalize and automate controls in partnership with IT and process owners to improve efficiency and auditability.
- Lead segregation of duties (SoD) and application/ERP access reviews, including role design input, user access recertifications,



and remediation follow-up.
- Perform taxonomy activities (e.g., control categorization/mapping) to support consistent scoping and reporting.
- Perform fraud/audit analytics to identify anomalies, trends, and control gaps, and communicate actionable insights.
- Support Internal Audit and management-led control reviews by providing risk/control input and performing focused reviews (e.g., cash allocation, payments, credit limits) as needed.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in business and/or IT assurance, SOX/ICFR, and ITGC testing (test planning, hands-on execution, and review of workpapers/evidence).

2.Business Controls Manager
- Lead end-to-end SOX business process and entity-level controls (ELC) testing, including planning, execution, review of tester workpapers, deficiency evaluation, and reporting.
- Perform walkthroughs with process/control owners to confirm control design, identify gaps, and align on evidence expectations.
- Maintain SOX documentation (process narratives, flowcharts, and risk & control matrices), including updates for business/process changes and key initiatives.
- Support SOX scoping and risk assessment for significant processes, accounts, and disclosures; ensure appropriate coverage of entity-level controls and key business processes.
- Execute interim, update, and year-end testing for design and operating effectiveness, and review testing performed by others; assess completeness/accuracy of information produced by the entity (IPE/IUC) used in controls.
- Drive controls rationalization, standardization, and automation opportunities with process owners to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and strengthen control performance.
- Own testing methodology, governance, and reporting (standards, templates, status, metrics) and coordinate with external auditors to support a timely SOX ICFR audit opinion.
- Evaluate control deficiencies, track management action plans, and validate remediation and closure through evidence review and retesting.
- Perform taxonomy review activities (e.g., control categorization and mapping) to support consistent scoping and reporting.




- Perform fraud/audit analytics to identify anomalies, trends, and control gaps, and communicate actionable insights.
- Assist Internal Audit and management-led control reviews by providing risk/control input and performing focused internal control reviews in specific areas (e.g., cash allocation, payments, credit limits) as needed.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in SOX/ICFR or internal controls over financial reporting, with hands-on execution and review of business process and/or entity-level controls testing.

- F&A; Practice - Control and Compliance Group
- Provide strong domain leadership managing a team of audit professionals. Active Networking with Operations Managers, Delivery Managers and Practice Leads of accounting domains– AP, AR and GL. Resolving and influencing managers to adopt and manage key control risks.
- Lead Teams performing Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, Process Documentation– Narratives, Process Flow Diagrams, Finalize Risk and Control Matrix.
- Leadassignments on Test of Control Effectiveness, Control Design , support remediation efforts for control failures- SOx and ISAE / SSAE compliance.
- Lead Interventions / Special Assignments at Client Engagements identifying reasons for operations failures, critical errors, process weaknesses / Performing Root Cause Analysis remediating and resolving causes. Publish Critical Risk Tracker– analyzing and assessing critical risks at Client Engagement F&A; Practice level and publish to senior F&A; management.

Skill Description

- Working Knowledge of processes like AP, AR and RTR is mandatory
- Reasonable knowledge of Information Technology– ITGC Controls; Information Systems Audit
- Expertise in F&A; Audit processes having performed Internal, Operational and Financial Audits;
- Knowledge of Key F&A; Compliances required– ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, SOx
- Strong Analytical Skills; Robust Spreadsheet skills; Excellent command over English Language
- Experience of working in a GBS delivery environment
- Mandatory–Experience using ERPs– SAP, Oracle and other Business / Enterprise Applications.
- Chartered Accountant with minimum 5-8 years post qualification audit experience preferably with a large audit firm
- Desirable Qualification: CISA with experience of Information Systems Audit with client engagements.
- Experience in leading Teams of Auditors representing the entities for which they have been Audit Managers.
- Supervisory review experience of 2-3 years.
