- To identify and develop current business opportunities.
- To build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
- To ensure consistent reporting, communication, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- To maintain professional representation of the company at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the BD team’s operations and ensure target achievement.
- Approve client proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and logistics teams for feasibility and commitment alignment.

BD Executives / Officers:

- Generate leads through research, networking, and industry channels.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations,



and agreements.
- Maintain follow-up with clients for inquiries, orders, and feedback.
- Update CRM or reporting sheets regularly with accurate data.
- Maintain documentation, client databases, and communication logs.
- Coordinate with internal departments for sample dispatch, order processing, and status updates.

Qualifications and skills:

- MBA or Pharma Experience
- Active listening,
- Problem-solving and communication
- Self-Control
- Taking Responsibility
