Skill, Knowledge & Trainings:

- Basic experience as an Endpoint Engineer and knowledge of computer hardware systems, including PCs, laptops devices.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in End-point system related issues and Windows OS.
- Ability to understand precise problem definition over phone and providing requisite technical support.
- Should have expertise to provide first level support for LAN & WAN networks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and software applications.
- Provide support for office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).
- Maintain and update knowledge base documentation and user guides.

Job Purpose: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to join our IT team. This position is responsible for providing first-line support for end-user systems technical issues and managing basic Windows Server and VMware administration tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT support and a keen interest in systems administration.

Area of Operations Key Responsibility

- Technical support to End-user systems technical issues, Windows OS admin and Vmware
- Providing first level technical support for End-point user systems and Windows OS
- Monitor and optimize the performance of all endpoint devices within the organization.
- Ensure all endpoint devices are secure, including implementing antivirus software, managing firewalls, and other security protocols
- Providing support for VMware environment by monitoring virtual machine performance.
- Assist with the creation, configuration, and management of virtual machines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Support routine updates and patches to the VMware infrastructure.
- Coordination with CCIL/Clearcorp internal teams, SPOCs, vendors etc. for problem resolution and escalation of unresolved Member Calls to higher level.
