Job Description:

An ERP Executive manages and supports an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to ensure optimal performance, data integrity, and seamless integration with other business processes. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, training users, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, implementing system upgrades, and ensuring the system aligns with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities

- System Management: Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and performance of the ERP system.

- User Support & Training: Provide technical assistance and training to end-users to ensure effective system utilization.

- System Enhancements: Work on implementing new ERP modules, third-party applications, and system upgrades and patches.

- Data Integrity & Security: Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of data within the ERP system.

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues, providing timely solutions to keep the system running smoothly.

- Collaboration: Work with various departments, project managers,



and stakeholders to align ERP functions with business needs.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor system performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate with ERP vendors and third-party service providers for enhancements and support.

Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their functionalities.

- Project Management: Ability to manage ERP implementation projects and coordinate resources.

- Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing complex problems and providing effective, data-driven solutions.

- Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is often required. JOB APPLY
