Key Roles &Responsibilities;
- 1. Monitoring of end-to-end Policy issuance of all Health/Travel and Miscellaneous products
- 2. Discrepancy Management for all Health/Travel and Miscellaneous products as per the defined guidelines and TAT’s
- 3. Fortnightly QC to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- 4. Reconciliation of Open PID and Credit
- 5. Drive Productivity optimization and effective people management within the team.
- 6. Adherence of Audit requirements and regulatory compliance standards.
- 7. Co-ordination with all stakeholders and inter department collaboration for faster resolutions and TAT’s.
- 8. Lead automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- · Graduation/ PG in any stream
