Role Description

We are looking for a Visual Content Creator – Editor to join our team full-time, on-site in Chennai.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn ideas, campaign insights, and raw footage into engaging visual content that captures attention and drives action.

You will work closely with our performance marketing, SEO, branding, and development teams to create high-quality content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and personal branding.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging short-form videos, Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and social media content
- Transform raw footage, scripts, and concepts into compelling visual stories
- Create video content aligned with brand identity, campaign objectives, and target audiences
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual elements where required
- Develop creative variations for performance marketing campaigns and A/B testing
- Work with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual content
- Create visual content for personal branding, client campaigns, social media, and digital advertisements
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form formats
- Maintain consistency in brand style, typography, visual language, and overall presentation




- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, viral formats, and emerging content trends
- Continuously improve creative output based on audience engagement and campaign performance
- Manage multiple projects and deliver content within deadlines

Qualifications

- Strong experience in video editing and visual content creation
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- Experience creating Reels, Shorts, social media videos, advertisements, and promotional content
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, typography, and audio
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, social media, and content marketing
- Ability to understand a brief and independently develop creative concepts
- Solid attention to detail and sense of visual aesthetics
- Ability to create content in different styles based on brand requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing and visual content work is highly preferred
- Relevant education in multimedia, visual communication, design, animation, or equivalent practical experience is an advantage
