Services span study abroad counseling, visa and immigration support, test preparation, and ongoing assistance for clients as they settle abroad.

Role Description The Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The successful candidate will guide prospective students and families through visa processes for study abroad and immigration pathways, including documentation review, application preparation, and submission.

Responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining visa requirements, timelines, and procedures for various countries, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and applications, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and partner institutions, following up with clients regarding missing documents or application updates, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company policies.



The Visa Counselor will also support clients with pre-visa and post-visa queries, contribute to information sessions and workshops, and help maintain high standards of client service and visa success.

Qualifications

- Robust counseling and client service skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic guidance to diverse clients.
- Knowledge of study abroad processes, visa categories, and basic immigration procedures for key destinations such as Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, deadlines, and multiple client files simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM or counseling software, and productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, collaborate effectively with team members, and consistently meet targets and timelines.
- Prior experience in visa counseling, study abroad consulting, or education services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills who are interested in building a career in the overseas education and immigration industry are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in international relations, business, or related fields is an advantage.
