Role Description The Virtual Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with farmers, dealers, and partners through phone, video calls, and digital communication channels.

The Virtual Relationship

Manager will respond to inquiries, provide product information and guidance, assist with orders and after-sales support, and ensure a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with sales, service, and logistics teams,



and sharing customer feedback to improve products and services. The role also involves meeting relationship management targets, supporting campaigns, and promoting Balwaan Krishi’s agricultural solutions in a professional and farmer-centric manner.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages; confident in phone and video interactions.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications for recording and tracking customer data.
- Understanding of agriculture or agricultural machinery, or a robust interest in learning about farming practices and products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple inquiries, and meet performance targets and deadlines.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, agriculture, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer support, inside sales, telesales, or relationship management is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset focused on farmer needs.
