About Hype Matter

Hype Matter is a content-first creative agency creating viral, fun, engaging and Gen Z-style content for nightlife, clubs, real estate and lifestyle brands.

We don't just want content that looks good.

We want content people actually stop scrolling for.

And we're looking for a videographer who can help us shoot it.

The Role

We're looking for a Videographer + Video Editor who can own the visual side of our content — from setting up the camera and lighting to capturing the right moments and turning selected footage into scroll-stopping reels.

You'll be responsible for shooting across our projects — including clubs, real estate properties, events, lifestyle shoots, interviews and concept-based reels.

This isn't a role where you simply show up, press record and leave.

We want someone who understands angles, lighting, movement, storytelling and social media content — and actively contributes ideas during shoots.

? What You'll Do

Shoot

- Handle Hype Matter's scheduled content shoots
- Shoot nightclubs, events, real estate, lifestyle and concept-based content
- Plan camera angles, framing, movements and shot sequences
- Understand the script/concept before shoots and plan shots accordingly
- Capture both cinematic footage AND fast-paced social media content
- Handle lighting, audio, camera and stabilization independently




- Work closely with our creative/content team during shoots
- Organize and manage footage properly after every shoot

Edit

You're primarily our videographer — but you should know how to edit too.

You'll be expected to edit at least 15 high-quality reels every month.

? Interviews

⚡ Fast-Paced Gen Z Edits

You should understand pacing, music, SFX, transitions, captions, storytelling and retention — not just cutting clips together.

? Your Gear Matters

We're looking for someone who already has a skilled videography setup and can independently handle shoots.

Camera

Professional cinema/mirrorless setup such as:

Sony FX3 / equivalent professional camera setup

Your Kit Should Ideally Include

- Professional camera + suitable lenses
- Wireless microphone system
- Professional lighting setup
- Diffusers / softboxes / modifiers
- Gimbal
- Other essential production accessories

You should be comfortable setting up and operating your complete kit independently.

We're looking for someone who creates.

CTC: ₹7.25 LPA**
