Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site YouTube Executive role based in Mumbai.

The YouTube Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Imarticus Learning's YouTube channels, ensuring consistent growth, engagement, and performance. The role involves planning and publishing content, optimizing videos for search and discoverability, managing channel operations, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and audience engagement.

The individual will collaborate closely with the content, creative, performance marketing, and video production teams to execute YouTube growth initiatives, ensure timely content publishing, and maximize the reach and impact of educational content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the YouTube channel end-to-end, including content planning, publishing, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, playlists, and metadata using YouTube SEO best practices.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve channel performance,



subscriber growth, watch time, and audience retention.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics and generate actionable insights to improve content performance.
- Coordinate with content creators, video editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify content opportunities and industry trends.
- Manage YouTube Community posts, comments, and audience engagement to enhance viewer experience.
- Stay updated with YouTube platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging content trends.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to support paid YouTube campaigns and channel growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing YouTube channels end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, content optimization, metadata management, and channel growth strategies.
- Proficiency in YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, and performance reporting.
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and publishing video content across YouTube.
- Knowledge of audience retention strategies, CTR optimization, and engagement metrics.
- Basic understanding of video editing workflows and thumbnail optimization is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
