Role Description The Video Editor role at The ARK Line Media is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the Video Editor will work closely with the creative team to edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, engaging content aligned with client brand guidelines and project objectives. Typical responsibilities include organizing and trimming clips, adding transitions, titles, and effects, performing basic color correction and grading, and incorporating motion graphics or visual elements where needed.

Editor will collaborate with videographers, designers, and marketers to maintain consistent visual style across projects, manage project timelines,



and ensure deliverables meet technical and quality standards. The role may also involve contributing creative ideas to storyboards, optimizing video formats for different platforms, and maintaining an organized archive of media assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in video production and video editing, including working with raw footage, timelines, and various video formats.
- Candidates should possess skills in video color grading and basic color correction to ensure consistent and appealing visual output.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and graphics to create titles, lower thirds, overlays, and other visual elements that support storytelling.
- Relevant qualifications include proficiency with industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (such as Adobe After Effects).
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a strong visual and storytelling sense, attention to detail, time management skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a creative team, and prior experience in agency or media environments.
- A diploma or degree in film, media, animation, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, will be considered an advantage.
