Find interesting angles, references, visuals, and information for videos. Understand pacing, storytelling, hooks, retention, and audience psychology. Work closely with the content team to develop engaging video ideas.
Stay updated with the latest trends in Technology, Gadgets, Smartphones, AI, and Digital Content . Contribute to the overall YouTube video-making process, from research to final edit. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in video editing and content research.
Robust understanding of YouTube content and audience retention. Good knowledge of Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software. Strong research and storytelling skills. Creative mindset with an eye for trends and viral content.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
