About the job

SurgeGrowth builds AI-powered video production pipelines — a platform where full ad and story videos get produced end-to-end with AI models (Veo, Seedance, ElevenLabs and more) instead of a traditional edit bay. We're looking for a video editor who wants to work at that edge.

Location: In-office, Bengaluru

Compensation: 25K–40K per month

What you will do:

- Edit short-form ad videos (15–45 sec) for Meta and Google
- Generate ads via AI on the SurgeGrowth platform (Veo3, Seedance, other AI tools)
- Work on iterations of best performing videos
- Plus if you can write scripts
- Plus if you're comfortable recording yourself on camera (optional)

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading
- Experience in creating Motion Graphics and Graphics




- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site workplace
- Experience in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
- Experience with AI video production tools is a plus

Hiring Process:

- 1 short assignment (45–60 mins)
- 1 interview, 45 minutes
