About the RoleThe Crowners is looking for a creative, skilled, and visually driven Motion Designer / Video Editor who can transform ideas, raw footage, and creative concepts into engaging visual stories.

This is not limited to basic video editing. You’ll get the prospect to work across creative storytelling, talking-head content, cinematic videos, motion graphics, advertisements, brand campaigns, and social-first content.

You’ll also work on projects for industry-leading and recognised brands such as Apsara, Nataraj, Impact Mints, Visa, and more, giving you exposure to diverse industries, creative styles, and campaign formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging motion graphics, reels, brand videos, advertisements, and social media content
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality visual stories
- Create impactful animations, transitions, typography, compositing, and visual effects
- Work on cinematic edits with strong attention to music, pacing, sound design, colour, and storytelling
- Edit and enhance talking-head videos using dynamic cuts, motion elements, B-roll, captions, and graphics
- Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into strong visual executions
- Collaborate closely with the creative, content, social media,



and production teams
- Work across multiple brands while adapting to different visual identities and communication styles
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and timelines
- Stay updated with current editing styles, social media trends, motion design techniques, and visual storytelling formats

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in video editing and/or motion graphics
- Strong command of Adobe After Effects is mandatory
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, transitions, pacing, composition, and storytelling
- Ability to create content specifically for Instagram Reels, advertisements, digital campaigns, and brand communication
- Solid creative sense and visual judgement
- Good understanding of music selection, beat cuts, sound design, and overall video flow
- Ability to understand references and independently execute creative concepts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced creative agency environment

Preferred SkillsKnowledge of the following will be an added advantage:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
- Other 3D, VFX, AI, or motion design tools
