Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bhilai.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos for advertising campaigns, social media, and brand content. Day-to-day tasks include editing video clips, applying transitions and effects, optimizing audio, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves collaborating with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to interpret storyboards and briefs, as well as preparing final outputs for various digital platforms.

Editor will contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and maintain high production standards across all projects.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading for visual consistency and impact.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of pacing, narrative flow, and sound design for digital and social media formats.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhilai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
