Role Description The Video Editor role at KARV Capital is a full time, on-site position based in Kota.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content that communicates the firm’s brand, values, and financial concepts in a clear and engaging way. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, performing video cuts and transitions, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual assets.



The role involves collaborating with marketing and leadership teams to develop video content for social media, presentations, client communication, and brand campaigns.

Editor will also optimize video formats for different platforms, maintain consistent visual standards, and manage video files and project archives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating professional, polished content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand visibility.
- Ability to work with industry-standard editing and design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or equivalents).
- Solid understanding of social media and digital platforms, including aspect ratios, formats, and best practices for video content.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio demonstrating prior video work is required.
