Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru South.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, and crafting compelling video narratives that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include editing videos for campaigns and social media, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics, and collaborating with writers, designers, and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling. The role also involves organizing project files, maintaining version control, and preparing final deliverables optimized for digital platforms.

Editor is expected to contribute ideas during creative discussions and support continuous improvement of video quality and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage end-to-end video production workflows, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Strong proficiency in video editing using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated skill in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance storytelling impact.
- Experience creating motion graphics and working with graphics to elevate visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of social media and digital content formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for online video.
- Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills and openness to feedback.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing video work is required.
