About Divas Club

Divas Club is a personal styling platform for women, offering a complete head-to-toe style transformation built around each client's unique colour season, body type, and face shape. Behind the brand is a high-volume creative engine — producing dozens of ad and organic videos every week across Meta and other platforms. We're looking for someone who can help us scale that output further, using modern AI video tools.

Role Overview

We're hiring an AI-first Video Editor who can take a script or creative brief and turn it into a polished, ready-to-publish ad video — using AI generation tools rather than traditional shot-and-edit workflows. This is not a conventional editing role; it's for someone comfortable prompting AI tools to generate visuals, voiceovers, and footage, then assembling and polishing the final cut.

What You'll Do

- Take ad scripts/briefs and turn them into complete, publish-ready video ads
- Generate AI video/visual content using tools like Seeddance, Gemini, and similar platforms
- Generate AI voiceovers using ElevenLabs (English VO)
- Edit and assemble final videos in Camtasia (cuts, pacing, captions, transitions, sound design)
- Write clear, precise English prompts to get consistent, high-quality output from AI tools




- Maintain visual and brand consistency across a high volume of weekly video output
- Iterate quickly based on feedback — re-prompting, re-generating, or re-editing as needed
- Keep up with new AI video/image/voice tools and bring helpful ones into the workflow

Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on working knowledge of AI creative tools — Seeddance, Gemini, Camtasia, ElevenLabs, and similar (e.g. Omni)
- Strong command of English — you'll be prompting these tools primarily in English, so clarity and precision in writing matters
- Ability to produce genuinely good-quality output, not just "technically generated" video — an eye for pacing, visual polish, and what makes a video watchable
- Basic understanding of short-form video ad formats (hooks, pacing, transitions, captions)
- Comfortable working at speed and volume (multiple videos per week)

Good to Have

- Prior experience with Meta/Instagram/Facebook ad video formats
- Familiarity with other AI video/image tools (Kling, Grok Video, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Basic sense of styling/fashion/lifestyle content (not mandatory, but a plus)
