About the Role

We’re looking for a focused, ambitious and creative Video Editor to join our team for the next phase of our growth.

We’re open to candidates across Junior to Senior levels, with approximately 1-3+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media content, especially Instagram Reels, and can translate creative briefs into engaging, visually compelling videos.

For senior-level candidates, we’re looking for someone who can take greater ownership of visual direction, contribute to creative conceptualization and guide the overall video language for different brands.

What You'll Do

- Study creative briefs and conceptualize visual ideas based on client requirements
- Edit engaging video content for social media, especially Instagram Reels, Stories and other digital formats
- Develop and maintain a strong visual language for different brands and projects
- Ensure the tone, style and visual identity of each brand are consistently reflected across video content
- Work on creative concepts and contribute ideas during the pre-production and post-production process
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Create and incorporate motion graphics, transitions, effects and animations




- Work on color correction and color grading to enhance the overall visual quality
- Understand and work with footage from different cameras and shooting setups
- Have a good understanding of camera operation, framing and lighting for shoots
- Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Directors, Graphic Designers and Social Media Managers to execute campaigns
- Manage multiple brands and projects while adapting to different visual styles and brand requirements
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining creative quality and timelines
- For senior-level candidates, take ownership of video direction, provide creative feedback and help establish visual standards across brands

What We're Looking For

- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in video editing/content creation; agency or media experience is preferred
- Solid experience creating engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential
- Working knowledge of After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Experience with motion graphics and animation
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography and color theory
- Good understanding of camera operation, lighting and shooting techniques
- A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing your editing and creative work
- Exceptional creativity and an ability to experiment with different visual styles
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work across different brand aesthetics
- Knowledge of Blender or other 3D/CGI software is a plus
- Must have a high-end laptop suitable for video editing
