About the RoleWe're looking for a full-time, on-site Video Editor to join our creative team in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.

You'll work closely with our creative team to edit a variety of projects, from short-form social media content to long-form brand, promotional, and cinematic videos.

We're looking for someone who understands that good editing is more than just cutting clips together. Pacing, storytelling, visual rhythm, sound, and attention to detail are all important parts of the role.

Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and story-driven videos
- Edit content across multiple formats, including Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, brand videos, and promotional content
- Work with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing, motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects
- Handle color correction and grading
- Work with B-roll, music, sound effects, dialogue, and other elements to create engaging edits
- Develop strong pacing, structure, and visual storytelling
- Create different versions and aspect ratios of content for various platforms
- Organize and manage footage, project files, assets, and revisions efficiently
- Collaborate with the creative team and implement feedback quickly
- Maintain consistency in visual style and quality across projects
- Stay updated with modern editing techniques, creative trends, and emerging filmmaking workflows

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing through a studio, agency, freelance, or in-house role




- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual rhythm
- Experience with social media content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube videos
- Valuable knowledge of color correction/grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of visual quality
- Ability to understand creative direction and work independently when required
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)
- A portfolio/showreel is mandatory

- Job Type: Full-time, on-site
- Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
- Working Days: Monday – Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Equipment: Having your own capable editing laptop/workstation is preferred
- You will work closely with the creative team on active client and studio projects

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skill level, and portfolio
