Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor and Videographer based in Sadar. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that showcases properties, real estate projects, and client stories for digital and social media platforms. Daily tasks include coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements, capturing on-site footage and interviews, and assembling raw material into polished videos with appropriate music, graphics, and text overlays.

Editor and Videographer will manage video equipment, ensure consistent brand visuals,



optimize content for online distribution, and maintain an organized archive of media files. The role also requires staying updated on video trends in real estate marketing and suggesting creative concepts to improve audience engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video shooting, camera operation, and on-site videography for property and lifestyle content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools.
- Ability to plan storyboards, script short video narratives, and align creative concepts with marketing objectives.
- Experience optimizing video content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, including basic knowledge of formats and compression.
- Good visual sense, attention to detail, and understanding of lighting, framing, and sound recording.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams in office.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and work independently in a fast-paced real estate environment.
