Role Description The Video Editor and Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for editing and assembling video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, social media, and other digital channels, ensuring high visual and audio quality. The position involves designing graphics, illustrations, motion graphics, thumbnails, and other visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

The person in this role will collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to understand requirements, develop concepts, and produce engaging visual content. Daily tasks include organizing raw media files, creating storyboards and drafts, revising content based on feedback,



and optimizing assets for various platforms and formats. The role also includes maintaining consistent branding across all visual materials and staying updated on design and video trends relevant to the IT and SaaS industry.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess graphic design and illustration skills, ideally with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and animation capabilities using tools like Adobe After Effects or similar software.
- Candidates should possess visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital content production for social media, web, and mobile platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in video editing and graphic design for political is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Design, Multimedia, Film, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential.
