Role Description: The Video Editor role at Adztronaut is a full-time hybrid position based in Kolkata, with flexibility for partial(95%) work from home.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end post-production, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, adding transitions, and refining audio and visual elements to align with campaign goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs, developing compelling video narratives, applying color grading, and incorporating motion graphics or basic graphic elements where needed. The role also involves maintaining organized project files, adapting content for various digital platforms and aspect ratios,



and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling footage from planning to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to support brand messaging and storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Good understanding of social media and digital platforms, including formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for performance marketing content.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work; experience in agency or digital marketing environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or related fields is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also valued.
