About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media, D2C brands, and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate understands short-form content, trends, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit short-form videos, primarily Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media ads.
- Create engaging videos from raw footage, UGC, product shoots, and campaign assets.
- Add transitions, text overlays, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and music as required.
- Understand social media trends and create content with strong hooks, pacing, and retention.
- Adapt videos according to different brand guidelines, audiences,



and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the creative, performance marketing, and content teams.
- Ensure videos are delivered within timelines and meet quality standards.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and variations for different platforms.
- Stay updated with trending editing styles, formats, sounds, and social media content trends.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, D2C, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of short-form video content and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
- Good understanding of composition, pacing, typography, transitions, music, and storytelling.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Ability to understand feedback and make quick revisions.
- A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating video editing skills is preferred.
- Experience editing UGC, performance ads, product videos, and lifestyle content.
