Role: AI Video Creator / AI Content Creator

We are looking for an AI Video Creator who can combine AI tools + creativity + filmmaking sense to create highly realistic and engaging social-media videos.

We don't need someone who simply knows how to enter prompts into AI tools.

We need someone who can look at an idea and think:

“Isko AI use karke itna realistic aur engaging kaise banayein ki viewer scroll karna bhool jaye?”

Skills We're Looking For Candidate should have hands-on knowledge of modern AI video workflows such as:

AI Video Generation

- Text-to-Video
- Image-to-Video

- Motion control
- Prompt engineering

AI Human / Avatar Creation

- Realistic AI presenters
- Digital twins
- Consistent faces across multiple scenes
- Natural body movements and hand gestures
- Facial expressions
- Realistic lip-sync

AI Voice

- Voice cloning
- Hindi & Hinglish AI voice generation
- Voice emotion, pacing and pauses
- Synchronizing voice with AI characters

AI + Real Video Integration

- Ability to combine actual property footage with AI-generated presenters/scenes
- Matching lighting, perspective and camera angles




- Making AI characters look naturally present inside a real environment

Tools Experience with tools such as Runway, Kling AI, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Veo, Sora, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar AI/video platforms is preferred.

We don't expect someone to know every tool.

We want someone who understands the AI video creation process and can quickly learn whichever new tool produces the best result.

Most Important Skill: Realism

We don't want videos that immediately look “AI generated.”

The candidate should understand the small details that create realism:

- Natural human movement
- Correct body proportions
- Realistic hands
- Facial expressions
- Accurate lip-sync
- Natural blinking and head movement
- Lighting and shadows
- Background consistency
- Character consistency
- Camera perspective
- Natural voice delivery
- Ambient sound and sound design

Social Media Understanding You should understand that a technically beautiful video isn't necessarily a successful Reel.

You should know

- Why people stop scrolling
- Visual hooks in the first 2–3 seconds
- Retention-based editing
- Pattern interrupts
- Storytelling through visuals
- Vertical 9:16 composition
- Instagram Reel & YouTube Shorts formats
- How visuals, voice, subtitles and sound work together

Someone who sees a new AI video technique online and immediately thinks:

“Ye kaise bana hai? Main isse better bana sakta hoon kya?”

You should be comfortable experimenting, failing, learning and trying again.

Because AI tools will keep changing.

Your ability to learn is more important than knowing one particular software.

Qualification

Degree is NOT our priority. Skill is.

12th pass / Graduate / Diploma in Animation, VFX, Filmmaking, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Freshers with exceptional AI skills and a strong portfolio can also apply.
