Role Overview

Highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of solutioning, implementation and support of Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Enterprise Applications (specially Dynamics 365).

- Role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive continuous improvement in ongoing operations. Passionate about technology, have a track record of successful project delivery, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects
- Manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and vendors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with vendors, developers, consultants,



and end-users to ensure that the solution meets business needs and delivers value to the organization.
- Manage project risks, develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report on project status to senior management.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management proactively
- Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design sessions
- Drive continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation and ensure knowledge transfer
- Manage People

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience
- Prior implementation experience (preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams

Experience

- Graduate with 10+ years of experience
- Implementation experience in MS Dynamics 365

Education Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus Compensation The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
