About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Editor who can combine strong video-editing skills with Generative AI tools to create engaging, high-quality content for Arcedior and its brands.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating videos from concepts, scripts, images, and raw footage while using AI to improve creativity, speed, and production quality. Current AI-video roles increasingly combine traditional editing with text-to-video, image-to-video, AI voice, prompting, and social-first content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, brand films, and marketing content.
- Use AI tools to generate videos, images, B-roll, voiceovers, animations, and creative visual elements.
- Edit raw footage and AI-generated content into polished final videos.
- Create strong hooks, transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics.
- Develop effective prompts for consistent AI-generated visuals, characters, environments, and styles.
- Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Use AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
- Adapt videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain Arcedior's visual identity and ensure consistency across all content.




- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to convert ideas and briefs into high-quality videos.
- Experiment with new AI tools and continuously improve the video-production workflow.
- Review AI-generated outputs and correct visual inconsistencies, artifacts, audio issues, and other quality problems.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing/content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI video/image tools.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, transitions, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content formats.
- Ability to create effective AI prompts and iterate quickly to improve outputs.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and preferably AI-generated/AI-assisted work.

Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and animation.
- Product/furniture/interior-design video experience.
- Basic Photoshop knowledge.
- AI voiceover and audio-generation tools.
- Experience creating advertising and social-media content.
- Understanding of current social-media trends and audience-retention techniques.
