Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

- Develop and execute the operational strategy aligned with the Group's vision, business goals, and growth plans.
- Drive operational excellence across all properties.
- Establish annual business plans, budgets, and operational targets for all units.
- Lead expansion, pre-opening, and transition projects across the group.
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.

Multi-Property Operations Management
- Oversee the complete operations of all hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses within the group
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and guest service protocols
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements across all properties
- Conduct regular property reviews and operational audits
- Ensure seamless coordination between units and corporate functions

Financial & Commercial Performance
- Drive achievement of annual revenue and EBITDA/GOP target
- Monitor departmental productivity, payroll percentages, and operational cost
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and budget
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly business performance report
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, banquet revenue, and F&B; profitability
- Lead cost-control initiatives without compromising guest experience

Guest Experience & Brand Standard
- Champion a culture of exceptional guest service across all properties
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reputation,



and review platforms
- Drive service recovery initiatives and customer experience enhancement programs
- Ensure consistent luxury hospitality standards across the portfolio

Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and senior leadership teams
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Participate in key leadership hiring decisions across the group
- Ensure strong employee engagement and retention practices

Operational Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Oversee quality assurance, audit compliance, and risk mitigation measures
- Ensure adherence to food safety, fire safety, and security standards
- Manage crisis situations and business continuity planning

Pre-Opening & Expansion Projects
- Lead all hotel pre-opening activities from an operations perspective
- Support project teams in planning manpower, operating supplies, equipment, and budgets
- Ensure smooth launch and stabilization of recent hotels and hospitality ventures
- Develop operational readiness plans for all upcoming projects

Business Development Support

- Provide operational inputs for acquisitions, management contracts, and new developments
- Participate in feasibility studies and market evaluations
- Identify new business opportunities and operational efficiencies
