Valuation Engineer – Site Inspection (Pune - Full Time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Valuation Engineer to conduct site inspections and collect accurate technical and property-related information required for valuation assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical site inspections of residential, commercial, industrial, and other properties.
- Verify property details, measurements, construction quality, specifications, and existing site conditions.
- Inspect the building structure, finishes, amenities, utilities, and overall condition of the property.
- Verify documents and property details available at the site against actual physical conditions.
- Take photographs and maintain proper inspection records and site notes.
- Identify discrepancies, deficiencies, unauthorized construction, or other factors that may affect the property valuation.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders during inspections.
- Prepare accurate site inspection observations and submit findings within defined timelines.
- Travel to different project/property locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in property valuation, site inspection, construction, or quantity surveying is preferred.
- Good knowledge of building construction, measurements, materials, and property assessment.
- Strong observation, documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.

We are looking for a skilled Valuation Engineer to prepare accurate and comprehensive property valuation reports based on technical assessments, market information, site inspection findings, and supporting documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare valuation reports for residential, commercial, industrial, and other properties.
- Analyze site inspection findings, property documents, construction details, and available market data.
- Assess land and building values based on applicable valuation methodologies.
- Calculate replacement/reconstruction costs, depreciation, and other relevant valuation parameters.
- Conduct market research and analyze comparable properties and prevailing market rates.
- Ensure valuation reports are accurate, well-documented, and compliant with applicable standards and client requirements.
- Review property documents, plans, approvals, and other technical information relevant to valuation.
- Coordinate with field inspection teams, clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for required information.
- Maintain proper records of valuation calculations, supporting documents, photographs, and market references.
- Deliver valuation reports within agreed timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in property valuation, technical due diligence, or real-estate assessment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction costs, depreciation, property measurements, and valuation principles.
- Positive analytical, report-writing, and MS Office skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.
