The Enterprise Application Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting critical business functions. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, application teams, managed service providers, and strategic vendors to ensure secure operations, successful project execution, and measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Application Operations & Service Management

Lead operational governance and delivery management across the Business Systems Applications (BuSA) portfolio.
Manage Application Management Services (AMS) engagements delivered through external service providers.




Drive service delivery performance, operational health, and SLA compliance.
Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leaders to ensure application support aligns with business priorities.
Facilitate critical incident management, escalation resolution, and executive communications.
Conduct periodic service reviews, operational assessments, and performance discussions.
Support strategic initiatives including reporting, analytics, chatbot solutions, and environmental, health, and safety programs.

Application Portfolio Management

Oversee operational support and maintenance activities across the application portfolio.
Lead project delivery associated with transformation, modernization, and enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams through assessment, planning, implementation, and transition phases.
