Role Description The Admission Officer role is a full time, on-site position based in Patna. The Admission Officer will counsel prospective students and families about suitable universities and programs, based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.



Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate student records, and guiding applicants through the admission process, from program selection to enrollment. The role involves explaining program details and eligibility, coordinating documentation and application submissions, and following up with students to ensure timely completion of all required steps. The Admission Officer will collaborate with team members to meet admission targets, participate in outreach activities, and provide clear, professional communication at every stage of the student journey.
