Role Description The Field Services Engineer is a full time, on-site role. This role is responsible for installing, commissioning, inspecting, and servicing construction, mining, and material handling equipment (Palfinger Cranes, Manitou Telehanders, Bobcat Backhoe and SSL etc) at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and safety.

The Field Services Engineer will perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, carry out corrective and preventive maintenance, and provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing service reports, coordinating with the parts and logistics teams, supporting warranty and contract service obligations, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and OEM standards.
