Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting product features and benefits, and managing the full sales cycle for pouch packing machines. The specialist will develop and execute marketing activities, support promotional campaigns,



and maintain robust relationships with existing clients. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product demonstrations, coordinating with the technical and production teams on customer requirements, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role also involves tracking market trends, collecting customer feedback, and supporting training sessions for clients on product usage and features.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet targets.
Experience in Training clients or team members on product features and usage.
Background in industrial or machinery sales, preferably in packaging or manufacturing, is an advantage.
