We’re looking for a Business Development professional who can connect with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, and help them choose relevant learning and certification programs.
If you have a strong background in B2C EdTech sales, enjoy working with leads, and are motivated by achieving revenue targets, this role could be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage with prospective learners through calls and other communication channels.
Identify their career objectives, skill gaps, and learning requirements.
Guide prospects toward programs that match their professional goals.
Manage leads throughout the sales funnel, from initial interaction to enrollment.
Conduct timely follow-ups and improve lead-to-enrollment conversions.
Work toward individual and team-based revenue targets.
Keep CRM/lead information accurate and up to date.
Develop positive relationships with prospective students and professionals.
Stay informed about competing programs,



industry developments, and learner preferences.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in B2C sales within the EdTech industry.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling sales conversations and negotiations.
A consistent track record of working toward and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, and a results-focused mindset.
Valuable to Have
Experience in selling:
Online certification programs
Professional upskilling courses
Career-focused learning programs
Basic familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or other technology domains will be an advantage.
