About the Role:
SafeAeon is seeking a driven and analytically minded Marketing Performance & Growth SME to support demand generation, campaign performance, and pipeline growth.

This is an early-career role designed for management graduates who want to build expertise at the intersection of marketing strategy, analytics, technology, and revenue growth.

The selected candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, business development, and cybersecurity subject-matter experts to design campaigns, identify growth opportunities, improve lead generation, and contribute to a measurable sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation and Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated demand-generation campaigns across email, digital, content, webinars, events, account-based marketing, and partner channels.
Translate cybersecurity capabilities into transparent, compelling, and commercially relevant marketing messages.
Develop campaign briefs, audience segments, offers, landing-page requirements,



and lead-nurturing journeys.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely campaign execution.

Performance Marketing and Analytics
Track campaign performance across key metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, cost per lead, marketing-qualified leads, pipeline contribution, and return on marketing investment.
Build dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and funnel performance.
Identify underperforming channels, messages, and audience segments, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct structured experiments involving messaging, content, audience targeting, calls to action, and campaign formats.
Use data to improve marketing efficiency and support evidence-based decision-making.
