As we continue to scale, we're looking for a passionate Brand Partnerships - Senior Associate who can build relationships with brands, identify business opportunities, and drive influencer marketing solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and generate recent business opportunities within the FMCG sector through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG brand managers, marketing heads, digital marketing teams, and media agencies.
Understand FMCG brand objectives such as product launches, awareness, consideration, trials, and regional campaigns,



and recommend relevant influencer marketing solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase Discovr AI's influencer marketing solutions and platform capabilities.
Create proposals, negotiate commercials, and close influencer marketing deals while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Work closely with Strategy and Account Management teams to ensure smooth campaign handover and execution after deal closure.
Stay updated on FMCG marketing trends, consumer behaviour, creator trends, social media platforms, and competitor activities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reports.

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in Brand Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably within an Influencer Marketing Agency or Creator Economy company.
Proven experience in selling influencer marketing campaigns and solutions to FMCG brands.
