Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options from the company’s portfolio. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and supporting the closing of sales transactions.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic sales documentation, and staying informed about local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities. The Sales Executive is expected to meet sales targets, deliver high-quality service, and represent Proprealtors professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications

Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to present property information clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on lead conversion, follow-up discipline, and achieving or exceeding defined sales targets.
Basic knowledge of real estate market practices, property documentation, and local regulations in Ahmedabad or willingness to learn quickly.
