We are looking for: IT Solution Expert/ Service Management/AI/Cloud
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including :
Together with our team, you are customer key contact for dedicated IT services provided for governance units in Germany (Siemens HQ).
You will work in international, agile, self-organized teams.
You will do service management and sometimes also application management on a technical layer.
Analyze the future business needs together with specialists and come back to the customer with possible future IT solutions.
In collaboration with our internal team or external partners, you (let) implement, configure and maintain dedicated IT solutions.
The existing special IT landscape for governance units must be continuously improved.
What You'll Need To Succeed
8–10 years of total IT experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience in Cloud, AI, and digitalization.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Strong motivation to learn new technologies and domains.
Hands‑on knowledge of contemporary technologies such as AI, Snowflake, automation, and cloud platforms.
Proven experience in service management and application management.
Strong digitalization background, including automation, AI, and data‑driven solutions.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and project management methodologies.
Experience in requirements engineering, IT solution development, and implementation with a customer‑focused mindset.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
