Role Description The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual content for digital and video platforms, supporting the hospital’s communication and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing animated graphics, editing video content, creating visual assets for campaigns,



and collaborating with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to translate complex medical information into transparent visual stories. The role involves managing multiple design projects, adhering to brand guidelines, preparing files for various channels, and ensuring all content meets quality and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, requiring regular coordination with in-house stakeholders and participation in team meetings and reviews.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to create high-quality animated content for digital and video platforms.
Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing video assets for different distribution channels.
Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating professional Graphics aligned with brand guidelines and healthcare communication needs.
