Position Overview:
The Associate Professor in Management shall be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, contributing to curriculum development, mentoring students, strengthening industry engagement, and supporting the academic and administrative objectives of the institution. The incumbent is expected to uphold academic excellence while fostering innovation, research, and professional development among students and faculty.

Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Delivery
• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Management, including but not limited to:
o Principles of Management
o Organizational Behaviour
o Human Resource Management
o Marketing Management
o Financial Management
o Operations Management
o Strategic Management
o Entrepreneurship & Innovation
o Business Analytics
o Research Methodology
o Business Communication
o Supply Chain Management
o Digital Marketing
o International Business

• Prepare course plans, lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies.
• Adopt creative teaching methodologies,



including:
o Case-based learning
o Simulations
o Experiential learning
o Project-based learning
o Blended and technology-enabled learning
• Maintain high standards of classroom engagement and academic discipline.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, presentations, projects, and examinations.
• Maintain attendance, academic records, and course documentation as per institutional requirements.

2. Research & Publications
• Conduct high-quality research in Management and allied disciplines.
• Publish research papers in reputed peer-reviewed journals indexed in UGC CARE, Scopus, ABDC, Web of Science, or equivalent.
• Present research papers at national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Undertake funded research projects, consultancy assignments, and collaborative research initiatives.
