Role Description Ortemiz is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to execute and optimize marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and support commercial growth across India.





This role is ideal for someone who can take an established marketing strategy and bring it to life across digital channels while continuously improving campaign performance through data-driven insights.
The successful candidate will manage and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms. They will create and coordinate content, manage marketing calendars, track campaign performance, support product launches, and help strengthen the Ortemiz brand among orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Working closely with leadership, sales, and clinical teams, this individual will be responsible for turning strategic marketing plans into measurable business outcomes and identifying recent opportunities to expand reach and engagement.
