What you will be doing
To receive the complete project handover after client onboarding and understand the client's requirements, approved plans, commitments, timelines, budgets, and special expectations.
To review the project details and identify all operational requirements, dependencies, timelines, and resources required for execution.
To prepare the overall event execution plan covering activities, timelines, responsibilities, manpower, vendors, logistics, and key milestones.
To coordinate with Decor, Entertainment, RSVP, Client Service, and other concerned teams to align their requirements with the overall event plan.
To monitor the progress of the Entertainment team, Décor team, etc. for the timely completion of the planning activity and address the delays as and w
