We're an AI-native enterprise software company selling to Fortune 500 industrial giants and we're hiring one person to own how the world's buyers (and their AI assistants) discover us.
About Verdantis
Verdantis builds agentic AI for industrial enterprises. Our flagship platform, MRO360, optimizes spare parts inventory and asset data for companies in energy, mining, manufacturing, and CPG think refineries, mines, and bottling plants running on our AI. We're competing (and winning) against well-funded players for marquee global accounts, and we're scaling toward 3X revenue growth.
This is not a “manage the content calendar” role. Search is changing, buyers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini before they ever hit Google. We need someone who understands that shift natively and can make Verdantis the answer AI gives.
What You'll Own
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO):



Make Verdantis more visible, mentioned, cited, and recommended across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI experiences, and emerging answer engines. You’ll identify the questions our buyers ask, understand what sources AI systems trust, and build the content, authority, and structured information that makes Verdantis the answer.
SEO end-to-end: Own keyword and search strategy, technical SEO, on-page optimization, internal linking, competitor analysis, backlinks/authority, and content opportunities. You'll work directly with GSC, GA4, and Ahrefs and you'll be expected to read the data yourself, not wait for a report.
Content that ranks and converts: Comparison pages against named competitors, category-defining thought leadership, LinkedIn presence for the company and leadership. Build search experiences around high-value problems, use cases, industries, and buying journeys. This includes high-intent commercial pages, compet
