Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, relationship building, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and business outreach.
* Handle inbound inquiries and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
* Connect with potential customers and understand their travel requirements.
* Present and pitch Da’Villas’ premium villa stays and curated travel experiences.
* Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline.
* Build relationships with customers, travel agents,



corporate clients, and potential partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
* Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
* Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
* Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
* Prepare regular sales and business development reports.

Requirements

* 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele-Sales, Travel, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.
* Travel & Hospitality experience is preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
* Target-oriented and willing to learn.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace.
* Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage.
