Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Total experience: 9 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
Must-have expertise in independently driving Discovery and Design Workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Solid experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including workflows, reports, custom objects, validation rules, and configurable solutions.
Experience managing Salesforce projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, planning, execution,



and stakeholder coordination.
Strong experience creating and maintaining Salesforce solution documentation, including process flows, data models, requirements, and technical specifications.
Strong ability to collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure key business processes and operational requirements are addressed.
Experience developing and maintaining a requirements management strategy, including elicitation processes, documentation standards, review, and approval mechanisms.
Strong understanding of backlog grooming, requirements prioritization, attributes, review, and approval processes.
Experience monitoring project scope against SOW, identifying scope variances, and supporting change control processes.
Good-to-have experience with JIRA or equivalent Agile project management tools.
Good-to-have experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving.
