About the Role
We are looking for a US Accounting Intern to join our Finance & Accounting team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months–1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in US Accounting and gaining practical exposure to accounting processes followed by US-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the accounting team with day-to-day US accounting activities.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Assist with recording and maintaining financial transactions.
Perform basic bank and account reconciliations.
Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting reports and spreadsheets.
Support invoice processing, payment records, and expense tracking.
Assist with month-end closing activities and documentation.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.




Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related information.
Follow accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies.
Learn and work with accounting software and tools used for US Accounting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 6 months–1 year of accounting experience may also apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work in night shifts aligned with US working hours.
