Role Description The Customer Support Executive is a full time hybrid role based in Tuticorin, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the individual will handle customer inquiries related to freight forwarding, export and import processes, and shipment status via phone, email, and online channels. Daily responsibilities include resolving service issues, coordinating with internal operations teams, updating customers on delivery timelines,



and ensuring accurate documentation and communication. The Customer Support Executive will maintain customer records, follow up on pending cases, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction by providing clear, timely, and courteous support.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Experience in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction and managing follow-ups to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Proficiency in providing Online Support through email, chat, and other digital platforms.
Basic Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with platform or process-related questions.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation.
