Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior US IT Recruiter with 7+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, technical requirements, US geography, work authorization/visa categories, and US hiring models including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
Strong experience handling US IT requirements from sourcing through onboarding.
Excellent understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, Contract, C2H, and Full-Time hiring models.
Strong knowledge of US work authorization and visa categories.
JobDiva experience required
Strong understanding of US geography and time zones.




Experience recruiting for multiple IT technologies and skill sets.
Strong knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing strategies.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, JobDiva or similar platforms.
Experience working with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, MSP/VMS environments, and staffing vendors.
Excellent candidate relationship management and negotiation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven US staffing environment.
Willingness to work according to US business hours/time zones.
