Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for leading the overall people strategy and HR operations at Propzilla. This role oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management,



compensation and advantages, and employee engagement to support business objectives. The Head of HR will design, implement, and regularly update HR policies and frameworks that align with labor and employment laws, organizational values, and best practices. Daily responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the HR team, advising leadership on people-related decisions, managing employee relations, and driving initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The role also involves partnering with senior management on organizational development, change management, capability building, and leadership development programs.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions or teams.
Proficiency in HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and effective governance.
