We are looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing day-to-day activities, customer communication, order coordination, and sales follow-ups. The role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple follow-ups while ensuring that customer requirements are addressed promptly.
The Sales Coordinator will act as an important link between customers, sales representatives, internal teams, and other stakeholders. You will help maintain smooth sales operations by tracking enquiries, following up on leads and quotations, coordinating orders, updating records, and ensuring that commitments are followed through to completion.
The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail,

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely responses to their queries.
Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, order documentation, and other sales-related records.
Track leads, opportunities, quotations, and customer follow-ups to ensure timely closure.
Coordinate with sales representatives and internal teams to obtain required information and resolve customer requests.
